With the newfound ability to command monsters through the Giga Battlenizer, he led a huge army of kaiju against the Land of Light, but was ultimately defeated by Ultraman King and imprisoned in what became the planet's moon. In exile, he encountered the powerful entity known as Reiblood, who corrupted him further with his Reionyx powers. Like Ultraman Zero, Belial was originally a young and powerful warrior who was banished from the Land of Light after attempting to steal the Plasma Spark.
